Loop-de-Loop Wrapped Circle Duo - Hammered Sterling Earrings with Sterling Wire Wrap

Two sterling silver circles have been handforged, soldered, hammered and oxidized, then polished to a high shine. The duo has been soldered together prior to wrapping with lustrous sterling silver wire, to ensure stability and durability for years to come. The high polish makes the circles look almost as though they are faceted.

The larger circle measures approximately 5/8 of an inch across, and the smaller measures about 3/8 of an inch. They are handformed and hammered, so the sizes are not exact, and the overall look is organic and slightly free-form. Dangling from handforged sterling earwires, these earrings measure approximately 1.5 inches in length overall.

Finish choices include: Bare (bright, shiny sterling, as shown in these photos), Oxidized (recessed areas are patinated to maximize texture) or Gunmetal (deep, dark patina). All finishes are highly polished. If you are ordering the mixed metal necklace and would like these earrings to be wrapped in 14K Gold Filled wire rather than sterling, just let me know in the comments when you order - there is no additional charge for customizing the wire wrap.
