There is something I adore about pearls (maybe it's the SCUBA diver in me?), but I can't tell you how much the weight, feel and glow of pearls appeals to me. Lovely, luminous freshwater pearls - each approximately 8mm - in creamy white have been linked together by hand with sterling silver wire. Each link is embellished with freshwater pearl charms in a complementary creamy-white hue. This style has been extremely popular and is a nice complement to the coordinating bracelet (seen in the last image.) Although it originated as a bridal piece, it is classic enough to complement a business suit or flirty sundress!
The charm necklace measures approximately 16 inches and is finished with a sterling lobster clasp and a two inch extender chain. The pearls along the sides are graduated in size toward the clasp, and do not have charms. These can be added for an additional expense, but do create a heavier piece, both in weight and appearance. I've found most customers prefer this daintier version.
